Now I Want To Use As Support Portal
We Use To Manage Admin Side For Manage Ticket And For Client Side For Creating Request And Support For Item Request Use Frontend

Now I Have Product On Themeforest And All Client Comes From The Theme
So They Have Own And Unique Purchase Code Of It By Using That Purchase Code We Need To Create A Ticket
When Client Needs Support For Any Product It Will Come To Client-side And Press Create Ticket Option Right Then It Will Enter All Details With All Query Then I Want One Extra Field For Purchase Code In This Feilds Client Enter It Purchase Code Of It Then Send A Ticket If The Purchase Is Correct Ticket Is Verified Or It Will Not Verify Right All Things Done By Api Call Of Themeforest So Help Me For Integration Of It

Admin panel -> Manage -> Forms -> Ticket Details
You would write a custom script to use the Ticket open API to populate your custom fields.
