Can i open a ticket without user E-mail ?

Hi I want to open a ticket from my user via API using their phone number instead of E-mail
is it possible?

Because I am trying to delete the e-mail option from Manage >> Form >> Contact Information and trying to delete the Field but its not working for me.

No, Emails are the unique identifier for Users and Agents. Both Users and Agents require an email address associated with their account.
