Hi All! I just upgraded to 1.15.2 and added AD.LDAP integration and everything works great!
One minor inconvenience, when logged in using AD/LDAP, there is no option to delete a ticket. WHen I log in using the local users account I can delete tickets. Is there a way to enable AD/LDAP users to delete tickets?
Users do not have access to delete tickets.
Perhaps you mean Agents?
Whether an Agent can delete a ticket or not is controlled by the role that is associated with their Agent account.
How they Authenticate, ie locally vs remotely (AD) has nothing to do with it.

Agents configured in the local system can delete tickets, agents authenticating with AD/LDAP can not. Both have the administrator role assigned.
