When opening a new ticket with a picture i get a Forbidden error. OsTicket version 1,15,2 - updated from 1,14.1 PHP version is 7,4,16

I can't read the screen shot error that you posted other than it appears to say Access Denied. That would indicate a permission issue.
I use screen shots (made from the snipping tool) to tickets multiple a time daily.
This is the error message, this was not a problem in the version 1,14,1 after I updated the system to 1.15.2 I see these kind of messages and the Forbidden page as the ticket needs to be made (after click on the button send ticket). I hope you can help me.
mod_security is an apache security module that is giving you an access denied error. You will need to modify your mod_security configuration rules to exclude or allow what it is denying. The note in the rules specifically says its for a XSS vulnerability in osTicket before 1.9.2.
