I am trying to set up a osTicket site (latest version) on IIS running on Windows Server, for a client.
The site works, but LDAP authentication doesn't.
I've used the right LDAP configuration, followed tutorials and I've even changed it millions of times to see if I get any errors or something different.
I have also already activated and checked everything.
I do not have access to the AD machine.
There's only two errors:
- When I set it to use TLS, there's a "cannot bind" error.
- With the right configuration, and every other combination, the only error I get is on the Admin Panel Dashboard saying "Access Denied".
There are no PHP or IIS errors, so it's impossible to debug the issue. I have already activated them on their configuration.
How can I activate any kind of further logging, error, or something, on osTicket or even IIS, to help me debug this?
