Hi guys,

I upgraded osticket to the latest version using my Go Daddy panel. Everything did not go smooth.
Right now, it says we are offline. Please guide me step by step on how to fix this. Thanks.

Option 1
Leave it how it is, and provide us with some meaningful information about your environment and what is being logged, and we can try to help you fix it.

Environment details? (Webserver / php version / mysql version)
old version?
Version you tried to upgrade to?
Error logs?

Option 2
Jump into the corporate time machine and travel back in time to a point where you haven't done the u0grade and do it on a test copy of your live production site first.

Option 3
Restore from the backups you took before making changes to your production site.
Step 1. Restore the files from your File backup.
Step 2. Restore the Database from your DB backup.

Option 4
Start the whole thing over from scratch. Create a new database, and point your installation to it. This option is probably the fastest but you will lose all Users, Agents, Tickets, etc.
