Language files

Hi! i wish to know how can i use a new language file.
For example es-ES is in version 1.10 for download.
But we are in osticket 1.14.2. So a lot of things arent translated.
I went to https://crowdin.com/project/osticket-official/es-ES# and i see everything is translated there, but i cant use that file.
Do you know how can i do it? thanks in advance!

You get the language files from osticket.com/download
I'm not real sure what the rest of your post means.

I know that... but the problem is that the files in osticket/download are for osticket 1.10. If you installed it, you can verify the version in control panel, information.

Im running 1.14.2... so most things are not in that file.

See... the date of the file is February, 19, 2019.

Maybe they need to upload de new version of the file.

When I download the Espanol language pack, it is dated May 2020.

I do not think that the forums will let me attach a .phar file.

Can you upload to mega or anything similar please? maybe as a zip.

All you should have to do is delete the old lanugage file. go to osticket.com/download, click on Language Packs, and download the one that you want. Then install it.

i told you, i already did that. i even download from 2 other pcs, In all the cases i get 2019 file... Not sure what its happening.

well... i find the problem. It seems, that when you download es-ar and es-es at the same time, it brings a pack with old files.
I download each separately and now i have the file i need... Thanks for your help.

Now its ok. I guess there is an issue with de pack builder in the language download page.
