Hi all.. I m using os ticket long time and now its time to update.
i use 1.12.6 and wanted to update to 1.16.6 stable.
the update canceled and I find the following error in the log
[INSERT ost_thread_event_new SELECT id, thread_id, ' ', event_id, staff_id, team_id, dept_id, topic_id, data, username, uid, uid_type, annulled, timestamp FROM ost_thread_event] Duplicate entry '1' for key 'PRIMARY'
an other thing is thhat i cant see any logfiles in Admin ( only in Database)
In Admin i see always Unknow Log ID :-)
Maybe anyone can help us.. Restored to old system right now
