Search Ticket - Remove Popup of User Tickets

When performing a search from the main ticket window a popup appears with the list of users that have created a ticket.

Is it possible to stop this popup as it is something we do not use, after a search we use the populated list of tickets rather than selecting a user from the Popup list.

Performing a Search does not open a popup window.
Performing an Advanced Search does.
Is that what you mean?

Sorry, I may have used the word Popup wrongly. I am refering to the small windows that appears with a list of email addresses when typing something into the search box. The windows that I have highlighted below in red.
