Buen día, Quisiera saber si es posible hacer que los tickets se asignen automaticamente entre cierta cantidad de personas?, adjunto m configuración por si la necesitan.
osTicket does not have a "round robin" assignment feature at this time. You would have to either modify the core files, or use a plugin to achieve this.
