I have help topic helpt1 i want to assign it automatically to 2 different departments .or to a department and agent which is member of another drpartment
I have tried to do it using ticket filter but i could n't

Pretty sure that's not possible. You can add other agents as Collaborators to the ticket though so that they can see updates and contribute. Another option is that you can assign an agent to multiple teams so that they get access and alerts to tickets for both teams.
Tickets are assigned to a Department or a Team.
It cannot be assigned to two Departments.
But you could make a Team that has all the members of Department1 and DepartmentA in it, and then assign it to the Team.
