1.15.2 Installation via Softaculous hanging

Hi,
I located this app using Softaculous. I clicked the "Install" button, and filled in a few of the required settings (email addresses). The installation kicked off, I got a progress meter that went to 3% and stopped. There is a large message on the screen "UNDEFINED". Thats all it says. Its been 20 minutes. Nothing.

Sorry but we do not provide support for third party installers. If you want to download the package and install it manually we can help you, but we can't really troubleshoot what third parties have done to our product. You will also want to post your system information if you do decide to manually install.

For the benefit of others: A few weeks later, I upgraded to PHP 7.3 and ran the installer again. This worked, although I'm not sure this is the reason that it worked (it could still be something else). During my initial installation attempt and final installation attempt, its possible that the available version of osTicket was bumped up by my installer script.
