The default department is a mandatory field in the settings. Is there a way to have this field set when a user creates a ticket, depending on their selection from a drop down list? For example, I could add a dynamic form field in the Ticket Details Form, linked to the Department. When creating a ticket, the user would select one of those departments which the ticket would then be assigned to. That way, the agents wouldn't have to transfer the ticket to the department chosen by the user.
