I've started using osTicket v1.15.2 by deploying it in the system. Everything works fine but i wanted to know whether we have any API's which are available as default.
I wanted API to fetch the tickets of a particular agent or team.
Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

There is an API. It is for opening Tickets (the Ticket API) and for opening Tasks (the Tasks API).

Do we have any other API's where we can fetch all the tickets of agents as an admin?
