I'm facing with an odd issue. I have installed a plugin to connect osTicket to a telegram channel. The plugin works fine and every ticket I create I can get a notification in my Telegram channel BUT I don't receive notification of any other users !
Here is what I do: I open an incognito browser, clear cookies to make sure it considers me as a new user and create a ticket with random email. (without registration). I get notification in following channel.
However, when my users create a ticket, I don't get any notification. I spent lots of time to figure it out, I found our every ticket I create myself is not assigned, but the tickets which are created by my users are automatically assigned to me. I don't have any option that users can choose which agent they want to assign and the process is automatic ( I guess).
As you can see in the following screenshot, the tickets empty Assigned To section are those I created myself anonymously and I received the notification in Telegram, and those with "Majid Rafiee" as Assigned To, I never received any notification.

My question is that firstly, why osTicket system doesn't assign my tickets to anyone but assigned the other users to me, I mean how it detects ?!!
Secondly, do you have any suggestion how to solve this issue?
