Error on Attachment files

Hello

Im having a problem with Attachment files. I open the Ticket and everything goes well until the staff review the ticket.

As internal note the message reads "File upload error #6 "

I dont know what I am doing wrong.

Sounds like PHP is complaining that you do not have a temporary folder set in your php.ini.

Value: 6; Missing a temporary folder.

in wich part should I change or put the temp folder for the attachement files? or can you show me a post that explains how to configure the attachemnt files?

Or where does the files are saved?
