Problem "You are trying to upload too many files"

Hi all, I have a problem with uploading files when I exceed 20 attachments in a ticket.
I have set the limit to 100 megabytes in attachments, the total attachments however do not exceed about 20 megabytes total and it gives me the error "You are trying to upload too many files".
I can't find a way to increase this limit, can anyone help me?

Mysql 8.0.23
PHP 7.4.3

How many files are you/users trying to upload? Can you split the upload? Upload half with the initial submission and then the other half on an update? ZIP the files so that its only 1 file?

Go to Admin panel -> Settings -> Tickets
Click on Ticket Attachment Settings, config button.
See the "Maximum Files:" field.
