Hi, We have added the option for Automated Collaboration to Primary Contact.
However whenever any of the primary user creates a ticket by logging into osTicket (Web Portal). The collaborators are not automatically added
You are missing 80% of that screen in your screen shot.

Do you have more than one Primary Contact on that specific Organization? You see, when you have Primary Contacts enabled it means only Primary Contacts will be added as Collaborators on Tickets created by members of the Organization. So if there is only 1 Primary Member and that member opens a Ticket there is no one else to add as a Collaborator except them.
