Report error message by cron.php

Hello,
I am using OSTicket 1.14.x on Synology
I installed everything using DSM wizard and, so far, everything is working well.
I write this post to report an error when executing the cron.php
The schedule task is: /usr/local/bin/php72 /volume1/web/osticket/upload/api/cron.php
It is reading correctly the email but there is systematically this error.

It is a bit annoying as I requested to be notified by email only if there is errors...

My take away from this is that your system is telling you that PHP is failing to load PHP modules (mysql.so).

So edit your PHP config and tell it not to try to load the module.
