Hello Team,

I am unable to fetch email from Gmail or Outlook. SMTP is working perfectly fine but I unable to fetch emails from Gmail or Outlook mail. I am using Centos 7, osTicket Version: v1.15.1
Below are the details:

-- Web Server Software: Apache/2.4.6
-- MySQL Version: 5.5.68
-- PHP Version: 7.3.27
-- Hostname: outlook.office365.com
-- Port Number: 993
-- Mail Box Protocol: IMAP+SSL
