Hi,

When creating a new ticket and select Help Topic, all the custom forms under this help topic will be display .

My intention is I want each custom form will be in collapsible form because 1 Help Topic may have more than 3 long custom form. It is very hustle for user to scroll all way down to complete the form.

So, which file I need to edit in other to archive my goal ?. Thanks
