Hello Everyone.
I am using osTicket (1.15-git) all works well. Here is my case
Whenever a user create a ticket he/she got the email notification like ticket has created and assign to tech person.
Once the tech person reply to that ticket via os ticket portal the user get the notification.
Now the case would be like that the user reply to that email chain from his inbox the OS ticket should add that note to existing ticket.
How we can achieve it or there is some setting available in portal please let me know.
