Hi.
I'm using https://hub.docker.com/r/osticket/osticket with an nginx server container at the front and the popups fail but there's no trace of any failed request in the network trace - it just that all requests are apparently replied with the landing page:
Here's how the docker container is started:
osticket:
image: osticket/osticket:latest
container_name: osticket
ports:
- "8891:80"
environment:
- MYSQL_HOST=mysql
- MYSQL_USER=$OSTICKET_DB_USER
- MYSQL_PASSWORD=$OSTICKET_DB_PASSWORD
- MYSQL_DATABASE=$OSTICKET_DB
- SMTP_HOST=smtp.1und1.de
- SMTP_PORT=587
- SMTP_FROM=$SMTP_USER
- SMTP_USER=$SMTP_USER
- SMTP_PASSWORD=$SMTP_PASSWORD
depends_on:
- mysql
And here's how the nginx is configured to forward the requests (SSL termination happens at nginx):
# OSTicket
server {
resolver 127.0.0.11 valid=30s;
listen 443 ssl;
server_name support.agoraspeakers.org
access_log logs/osticket.access.log main;
ssl_certificate /etc/nginx/certs/agoraspeakers.org/fullchain.pem;
ssl_certificate_key /etc/nginx/certs/agoraspeakers.org/privkey.pem;
location / {
set $upstream http://osticket:80;
proxy_pass $upstream;
proxy_set_header Host $host;
proxy_set_header X-Real-IP $remote_addr;
proxy_set_header X-Forwarded-For $proxy_add_x_forwarded_for;
proxy_set_header X-Forwarded-Proto $scheme;
}
}
(For the sake of completeness, here's the info section, although it's really whatever the docker container has):
The above error BTW prevents even from changing the Admin password, as the landing page also shows up when clicking on the "Change Password" button in the Admin profile
Any ideas on what might be wrong?
