To start with, all is working fine after the setup, I was able to add email after the installation - completely working. two weeks after I noticed that I cannot receive email after I created a ticket. I tried to deleted the email and add it back with different password this time (I reset my email password) then i got error says
"check imap settings"
"Connection failed to servicedesk.domain.com.au,143: Connection timed out"
In addition, the email address that I am trying to add is working fine using roundcube and outlook.
