I created just my first osTicket plugin: https://github.com/gerundt/osticket-close-as-answered-plugin
It marks a ticket as answered when you close it. I don't like closed tickets which are marked as unanswerd. 🤣
I've upated your post title to include the word [Plugin] for other people to be able to find it easier. I will also add i to the list of plugins I maintain when i get a chance.
