Hello. Please, I would like to know which endpoint I should use to create a ticket. Version 1.9.8 is being used and the site is deployed in the domain http://700escuelas.gob.ar:8080/helpdesk/
It has been tested without success with the following endponits:http://700escuelas.gob.ar:8080/helpdesk/api/tickets.json
http://700escuelas.gob.ar:8080/helpdesk/api/http.php/tickets.json
what do you recommend? Thanks
I have no idea what it is that you are trying to ask... also 1.9.8 is end of life / out of support and has been for a very long time.
