Can you please tell me what needs to be added to the php code so that the ticket counter in the navigation menu is displayed only if the number of tickets in the queue is greater than 0?

It should look something like this:

  • If there are more than 0 tickets = show the number as usual
  • If tickets <= 0 - the counter is hidden

    No idea. Biut it is probably not in a php file. It is likely located in the java script since it only gets generated on a mouse over.

    Could you tell me how you achieved the ticket counter in the navigation menu?

      Disregard. I found in the settings.

      (Settings > Tickets > Top-Level Ticket Counts )
