Hello we would like to restrict the ability of agents to edit the internal notes they post on the thread of a ticket. I already figured out how to restrict them editing someone else's note but I don't want them to be able to edit their own notes either. An example of why I don't want this would be if I am trying to find out if a technician performed a task properly then I will go check their notes and question them on it. If the tech gets wind of this check (its a small company so its happened before) then they can go edit what they posted to make it look more favorable for themselves.
