Hi everyone!
I tried to create tickets in osTickets using splunk osticket add-on, but it seems it doesn't do anything. From the splunk VM I am able to create tickets using python scripts.
I don't think that the add-on is working.
Does anyone else have the same issue ?
Did you try to contact the developer? I think this is a 3rd party addon.

There is no official "splunk osticket add-on" that I am aware of. Please contact the author of the mod / plugin for support with their product as we do not support 3rd party mods/plugins here.
