The Ticket # is a customer (User) facing id.
The ticket id is an internal only id.
I cannot think of any reason why they would need to be synchronized.
NelsonLai 1.  Would there be any method to synchronize them?
I'm not entirely sure.  You could try doing something like:
Go to Admin panel -> Settings -> Tickets
in the Default Ticket Number row click on the Manage button on the right.
Under General Ticketsincrease the number by 1.
This would not renumber all existing tickets.  But might result in all future tickets to match up.
