A complaint I get a lot and have seen myself is the OS ticket system's general slowness. It can take anywhere from 15 seconds to over a minute for tickets to load. Over a minute when closing or deleting a ticket to get back to the main dashboard. We just upgraded PHP last week with little improvement, and I know we have one update for the ticket system, but this issue has been going on for months, so I doubt we will see any major improvement, but I plan to install the update this weekend. Any help would be appreciated.
