updating from 1.14.1 to 1.14.5

Is there a how-to doc for updating from version 1.14.1 to 1.14.5?
I also have the Attachments-on-the-filesystem and Audit plugins installed.

Is it as easy as extracting 1.14.5 to a new directory and copying the one config file into it?
Is there a script to update the database or is the database structure unchanged?

Any guidance is much appreciated.

the upgrade is very simple, if you have made any custom change you will need to reapply after the upgrade

The database will auto-update too
