Hello, I've been running osticket for some years now, my version is 1.15.1 on a linux server with php 7.3.
Since the update from 1.14.x I cannot see the operator audit logs, I get the following error message:
phar:///home/uwzkgo1f/domains/mydomain.com/public_html/assistenza/upload/include/plugins/audit.phar/audit.php [line 64]
[2] include(): Failed opening 'templates/agent-audit.tmpl.php' for inclusion (include_path='./:/home/uwzkgo1f/domains/mydomain.com/public_html/assistenza/upload/include/:/home/uwzkgo1f/domains/mydomain.com/public_html/assistenza/upload/include/pear/'

I've tried to search in this forum, but I could not find a solution, I even tried to install Osticket to a different domain/host and I have the same problem.

Could you please help me addressing this issue ?
Thanks

nefasto I cannot see the operator audit logs

Based on what you have said you are running the Audit::Audit Log plugin. When you upgraded to 1.15+ did you also remember to upgrade the plugin?

    4 days later

Yes it's correct, I'm using the Audit::Audit Log plugin.
The version of the plugin is 1.11, I've upgraded the plugin too.
I can see the Audit logs under the Reports - Audit section, but I cannot see the Operator' logs, the section is empty.

nefasto The version of the plugin is 1.11,

Last i checked the audit plugin was ver 0.1. So I'm not sure how you would have that version. 🙂
Operator log? is that in the audit plugin? I haven't installed it on my instances so I'm not sure what you should see there.
note: I am installling it next week some time if I get the chance as it's going to be required by my company.
