My osticket timezone is showing wrong even tho i have set everything in correct time.
I want my osticket timezone to be "Asia / Manila" or +8:00GMT
This is my current config.

Profile > Preferences

Change your Database timezone to be the correct one. You appear to have it set to System and that does not appear to be working.

    this is my Environment details .

    I have already change my timezone of database to "+8" but my system_time_zone won't change.
    Any recommendation? already change my file on "/etc/mysql/my.cnf" to this

      i actually tried what kevin suggested on the link and change my file to this.

      and this is the output on my osticket browser
      it changes from PST to +8 but still interpreted as America/Los_Angeles and the timezone issue still not fixed.

        After giving it a time, it changes now to Asia/Shanghai which is also the same timezone as Manila. Thanks, this is now solved!
