How do I do if when I add a user I don't need to use a valid email, because there are some of our users who don't need an email response, because for some users it's just for inputting the ticket, the problem is on the ticket operating system, for inventory problems on our side, there's no need to involve user responses .

You enter a fake email for the user account.

if using a fake email, it will be like this, please advise, attached a photo

Admin panel -> Emails -> Settings
uncheck Verify Email Addresses
