I am looking to get a sql query that will grab a ticket based on a help topic and two custom variables in a form. I then need to return the ticket thread and another form variable. I have managed to get some of the query worked out but need a bit more help. I have looked at the other sql post but they don't give me enough information. Would someone be able to help me with this query?
