I have updated to 1.15.1 recently , I have set "IT Support" department access to an agent and logged in with his account. I can see tickets of all the other departments (Customer Support) tickets also along with "IT Support".
previously it worked well , After upgrade i am getting the error. Attached all the required screenshot for your reference. Kindly help for this .
