Dear,
I am trying to find how where/ how you can make a difference between a indicent task or request task in the numbering colum?

I see you can change the format in admin>tickets> Default Ticket Number Format:
I would like to have two options when people select it to be a request to have the ticket format started with REQ###
And when selected it is a incident: INC###. For now I was able to make it into a colum, but thats about all I was able to manage.
