I am running osTicket V 1.14.5.
When creating a ticket logged in as an agent, i firstly add the customer information where it then takes me to the ticket details page - "
Now currently the fields here are how i would want them, i click on the text box I can then add inforamtion and then click on to the next.
Now once the ticket is created and i come back to edit the ticket (usually this is our procedure, raise the ticket with minimal fields then come back and complete the fields in the ticket as we take tickets over the phone)
You can see that the options to edit the ticket are different in the sense that i have to click on the empty field then an box will appear.
Is there anyway to make it so that the when you edit the ticket it is the same as opening, which is that when you click on a field it doesn't open a box to type the information in.
