Ticket coming late(Delayed)

We are getting the delay issue of ticket creation. Once we or any of our clients are sending mail from any mail service provider to our company's support mail, which is hosted on this platform, it is taking 10-15 minutes to create a ticket. Please suggest the way, how to fix it.

What is your Fetch Frequency at: Admin panel -> Emails -> Emails -> your system email?

What is the time interval that you use for the scheduler that is running cron.php?

Thanks. I got it fixed. But still when I provide fetch frequency to a value of 1 min still the ticket is getting created after 5 mins. Is 5 min is default value for fetch frequency?

That would depend on your settings in your scheduler as to how often you run cron.php
