Setup a cron job using information from this community the job runs every 2 minutes and it picks up tickets from Inbox and moves them to Incoming folder as does autocron but unlike autocron cron tickets are not viewable in Osticket web interface searching has indicated ACPU cache may be a possible cause but cannot identify a clear solution

I am running Centos 7 php 7.3 mysql 5.6 and osticket 1.11

    This version is end of life and no longer supported. It also did not support PHP 7.3. You would likely need to either: upgrade osTicket to something a lot newer, or downgrade your PHP to 5.6 to get it to work.
