we have recently started using ticketos and we like it very much. Unfortunately, we recently had a couple of occasions where agents posted a reply instead of an internal note on accident, exposing internal details that were not intended for troubleshooting and not for the person that created the ticket.
Is there any way to enable some sort of confirmation screen before a response is send? Something in the lines of “This response will be send to <email@example.com>. Are you sure?”.
