We are facing a issue where Any Ticket received or sent reply contains an attachment which was not attached. This is happening for all the tickets. Please help
You might want to set your set into offline mode: change all admin passwords and then take a look at your email templates.
Are you using any storage plugins?
Have you checked to make sure that no one has altered the core files from the archive?

I didn't ask if you made any changes. I asked if you checked to make someone else hasn't changed them. (You would have to use something like diff to compare the download archive contents to your local files)

I have installed Auto Ticket Closer Plugin and there are no other Plugins.
We haven't altered any core file.
Kindly help
