Mail import does not work (as it should?)

Hey guys,

I'm having a problem which i could not really solve by now.

We want to import tickets from a mailbox, the mailbox configuration is correct (as it does import mails) but it does not move processed mails to another inbox folder as set.

Furthermore, the import does only work if somebody is opening the admin area - one could say that this behaviour is due to activated auto-cron in the mail settings but it is disabled.

What I've done so far:

created the mailbox under /scp/mails.php
Verified that those settings are correct
created cron jobs according to the documentation
disabled auto-cron

Maybe I'm just overseeing a very stupid thing or there is something wrong with it 😉

I'm running Ubuntu 20.04.1 LTS with php 7.4 (+ extensions from the dashboard page).
The mail server on the other side is Exchange 2019.

Sounds to me like you have auto-cron enabled, and have not scheduled polling.

Yes, I read that the first time. It still does not change what it sounds like the problem is.
