we are using OS since 3 Months, and are pretty content with it.
Only Problem i got:
Whenever someone writes an E-Mail to the desired support Mail-Adress, the ticket is created and also shown on the overview pages, but when i want to open it just loads for a while and then does nothing...
Does anybody have a solution or faces the same problems?

What department is the ticket being assigned to?
Does your Agent account have access to that department?

The ticket is assigned to the IT-Departement (default) and ofc i got access to that department.
I am not getting a "no access" message, it's like a timeout.
The habit appears now also in normal tickets (created via portal)...

What is your environment details? [Webserver, DB, php ver, osticket ver, etc]
(see Admin panel -> Dashboard -> Information)
What are your server specs? [processors/speed, ram, etc]
What is the load on your server?
