User Portal URL

I am not an IT person just someone trying to figure out if this could work for our organization. This is probably an easy question, but I am not sure where I find the URL for the user landing page. I just want to connect the URL to a link on our website. Is this possible?

No one here can answer this for you. It depends on where you installed osTicket and what your domain.tld is.

If your site is contoso.com and you installed osticket in a folder called support then the URL would be contoso.com/osticket. Or if you setup a host name of support or help, etc. then you could have support.contoso.com or help.contoso.com.
