Unable to add agent

Hi,

I have setup osTicket on a Raspberry Pi. Running v1.14.1. PHP 7.3.19.
Everything is working perfect apart from being unable to add any agents. The welcome email doesn't get sent to the user and I can't setup a password for them. Don't get any system log errors either. Just seems like this function isn't trying to activate the agent.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have searched through the forum's but haven't found anything as of yet that works.

Well you are running an outdated version of osTicket (1.14.1) and haven't really given us any means to assist you in troubleshooting this (No PHP/Apache error logs, email settings, etc).

Hi,

Everything apart from Add Agent is working as should be, user can raise a ticket, they receive an auto response, I receive an email notifying me of a ticket raised by user, I can respond to a ticket and then they receive an email etc.

I have checked and only have errors in the Apache logs and this is what I have;

If you click Set Password you get a pop up window with a check mark.

If you uncheck that you will not send them an email. Doing so does lets you enter a password for them. It's an either or decision currently.

You can leave the Require password change at next login checked if you want to.
