I am trying to migrate ost 1.9.12 to 1.15.x version. I have migrated DB but unable to see merge and other option which showing when i will not migrate old DB into new version. Any idea how to get all new features when migrate from old version?
Did you enable it for your Agent account?
Go to Admin panel -> Role Click on the Role assigned to your Agent account. Click on the Permissions tab. Check Merge and Link.
