Currently running osTicket (v1.14.2) and the response time keeps inflating, it usually starts out okay then suddenly spikes, we do not allow users to reopen closed tickets and all other protocols are observed however from time to time the information is just wrong more often than not.
Does anyone know how to manually pull this data from the DB would be a great help.
We are currently using software-mod's plugin however it does not show response time hence we're stuck.
