Can't see details or attachment from original task

Hi there,

I create a task for a ticket and assign it - all seems fine
task is there, but cannot determine how to view the original task description or attachment - am I missing a security setting or looking in the wrong place?
replies/comments on tasks I can see just fine

Install details:
osTicket Version v1.14.4 (5fc29c3) — v1.14.5 is available
Web Server Software Microsoft-IIS/10.0
MySQL Version 10.5.8
PHP Version 7.4.1
Agent Panel

Looks to me like you are running a third party theme mod, and an outdated version of osTicket.
Please upgrade and re-test.

outdated? one version only...? So there is no known issue?
